The fundraising campaign launched by NGO VinaCapital Foundation in July, ‘Help Vietnam Breathe – Vi Nhip tho Viet Nam,’ has raised more than US$1.2 million and donated personal protective and breathing equipment to frontline COVID-19 medical facilities.
Viet Nam recorded 718,963 infections from April 27 to September 22. Over the past week, the number of infections has been hovering at an average of 10,475 cases per day.
